Poem: I Surrender My Life

I Surrender My Life

“I belong to You. Please save me! For I seek Your statutes.” (Psalm 119:94).

I surrender my life, a vow to You,
To belong, to obey, Your Word so true.
A thousand paths tomorrow may reveal,
Yet thorns and sorrows life may still conceal.

Your gentle words, my trust they renew,
By my side, You walk with tender view.
Fear fades away, for You’ll never part,
Your love engraved deep within my heart.

You came for me, bore all my shame,
Restored my spirit, reignited my flame.
This life I offer, wholly Yours to keep,
Remembering love, in my heart, so deep.

Though trials may come, my faith won’t sway,
Your love I’ll praise, Your will obey.
In serving You, my joy is found,
Your endless love, eternally bound.
