At the Lord’s Feet: A Prayer of Renewal

“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10)

At Your feet I kneel, my heart laid bare,
Seeking forgiveness for sins beyond compare.
My soul, once shattered, yearns for Your grace,
Father, extend mercy, let compassion embrace.

To heaven I lift my earnest prayer,
Renew my spirit, make it whole and fair.
May Your teachings guide my every step,
Through life’s storms, my faith I’ll steadfast keep.

Your saving grace, a gift divine,
How can I repay this love of Thine?
Your words sustain me, Your love endures,
To glorify You, my life ensures.

From this day forth, You alone I’ll praise,
In Your presence, my soul finds solace.
Guide my path, Lord, as I follow Thee,
My life in Your hands, forever to be.
