My heart yearns to walk beside You, Lord,
Through valleys deep and mountains high,
For in Your love I find my word,
A constant presence, drawing nigh.

You dry each tear that falls like rain,
Through darkest night and brightest day,
Your tender mercy breaks all pain,
As close beside me, Lord, You stay.

I place my life within Your hands,
My dearest Savior, King, and Friend,
Send me to serve in distant lands,
Wherever Your great love extends.

Your voice I’ll hear through storm and trial,
In hardship find my deepest joy,
