“As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants toward You, God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; when shall I come and see the face of God?” (Psalms 42:1-2).

My heart is always moved
by the deep love with which You love me.
And I am ever devoted
to faithfully follow You all my life.
Near or far on this spiritual journey,
my heart always trusts You are by my side.
To be led by You,
to be sheltered by You—
my life is filled with peace.

Because I follow You,
my life never missteps or stumbles
into the place of filthy sin,
for You always guide and keep me.
My life is full of joy
as You gently lead me through hardship.
Receiving divine strength,
receiving words of comfort—
my life is filled with holy grace.

I always remember
the many words You have engraved in me.
I always remember
that amid the world, I still lean on You.
I always remember
in Your lovingkindness, my heart is endlessly satisfied.
I vow to always remember
to remain faithful until I see You.

Because I always love You,
my heart always remembers the Lord Jesus.
And I always long
for the day when You call me home.
To meet in the clouds above,
to be brought by You into the heavenly palace.
To be near Your holy face,
to be glorified forever—
my heart will be filled with everlasting joy.

My soul has found its anchor, its eternal guide—
A faithful promise to walk by Your side.

Near or distant on this pilgrim’s road,
I trust Your presence carries my load.
Led by Your wisdom, sheltered by Your grace,
In Your protection, I’ve found my place.

Because I follow where Your footsteps lead,
My path stays clear of sin’s tangled weeds.
Through valleys deep where shadows grow tall,
Your gentle guidance prevents my fall.

Divine strength flows when my own has waned;
Your whispered comfort when I am pained.
Holy grace fills each breath I take—
A sacred gift no hardship can break.

I carry Your words etched deep in my heart,
Eternal markings that set me apart.
In this world’s chaos, on You I lean;
Your love satisfies what eyes haven’t seen.

My vow remains steadfast through time’s long test:
Faithful I’ll stand until in Your presence I rest.
Because I love You with all that I am,
My heart remembers the sacrificial Lamb.

I long for that moment of heavenward flight,
When clouds part to reveal Your infinite light.
To enter Your palace, to gaze on Your face,
Glorified forever in that holy place.
